What's Covered
Return a product purchased directly from Triumph Case Management Ltd.

Triumph Case Management Ltd. doesn't accept returns for the following types of products:
Not-for-resale (NFR), pirated, tryout, or free-of-charge products or versions. Online Service Subscriptions.
Products purchased from an online auction site, or from an individual.
Products, or versions of products, that Triumph Case Management Ltd. no longer distributes or supports.

Return a product purchased directly from Triumph Case Management Ltd.

Triumph Case Management Ltd. will exchange or refund the purchase of a product or support contract that you purchased directly from Triumph Case Management Ltd. if you contact Triumph Case Management Ltd. to request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Note: Failure to contact Triumph Case Management Ltd. prior to returning your product will result in the destruction of your product without refund or exchange.

Return a product for a refund

To return a product purchased directly from Triumph Case Management Ltd.

Contact Triumph Case Management Ltd. with the following information:
The order number
Your name
The product you're returning
The serial number, if applicable
The reason for the return
The purchase price before tax

To initiate a return of a product purchased on the Triumph Case Management Ltd., email info@triumphcasemanagement.net

Note: You have 30 days from the date that Triumph Case Management Ltd. issues the Return Ticket to return the product to the Triumph Case Management Ltd. Any Return Tickets remaining in Triumph Case Management Ltd.s system past the 30-day limit are cancelled.

Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in:
- Debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
- Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
- PayPal accounts will be refunded to the original PayPal account.

If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please contact Triumph Case Management Ltd. at info@triumphcasemanagement.net. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product.

The personal information provided for a refund is required in order to process the refund and is used for the following purposes:
- For auditing purposes; and
- To ensure customer satisfaction
